Perhaps some of you have heard about this on the news or read about it on the net. In Jackson, Mississippi, a high school prom was canceled over a lesbian senior and her partner wanting to attend. It seems that the main issue here was that one wanted to wear a tuxedo and bring her partner as a guest. It seems to have become such an issue, according to yahoo, that prom has been canceled, and the ACLU has slapped the school with a lawsuit. You can read the story here:
