Same-sex marriage is a hot topic here in America. We would have to living underneath a rock not to notice the news or hear about this controversial issue. I have been reading many stories online as well as in books and many like the idea, but many more disagree. Redefining marriage is being talked about more and more, and a lot of people believe this will destroy the sanctity of marriage. In the book, The Truth About Same-Sex Marriage, Erin Lutzer argues that the homosexual agenda is to destroy marriage altogether and that Christians need to act. Lutzer also goes on to argue that homosexuals are reacting to the negative opinions of priests and pastors to push our agenda forward. Some people argue that we have won our rights and freedoms and want us to leave marriage alone. I disagree.
