In life, there are many things that can change a person. My trip to Tucson was one of these life changing experiences. I traveled into the sandy deserts of the west to find peace and quiet. I was disappointed there, but I quickly found that my not so calming mini vacation would turn into an experience to shape my future. Gail, a director of STITCH and close friend convinced me in traveling to the U-turn capital to take a break and meet someone special whom I would probably have never travled by myself to see. This action triggered a chain of events that I am still processing. To be honest, my mind is cloudy and feels as though it is traveling a million miles an hour.
