TERMS OF AGREEMENT REGARDING SUBMISSIONS Stories, ideas, suggestions, essays, articles, photographs, or related materials will not be kept confidential unless otherwise specified. Submissions and entries may be used (i) on the upcoming STITCH website; (ii) forums or posts for publication and educational purposes; (iii) possible entry into a book by Douglas Harper for educational purposes; (iv) educational pamphlets and other publications to aide the educational crusade of STITCH. By Signing your full name (first and last) you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions and consent to your name possibly being published in connection with the publication. 1). Submissions may be shared with the STITCH team or related entities, including without limitation to the STITCH website, book and own related operations. 2). Neither STITCH or any affiliated operations or entities are obligated to use or pay for any submission. 3). All submissions shall become the property of Douglas Michael Harper, may be edited for length, clarity or functionality, will not be subject to any obligation of confidentiality (unless noted below) may be shared with and used by STITCH staff and Douglas Harper or any affiliated companies or entities if warranted. Neither STITCH not any third party or other party with whom STITCH or Douglas Harper shares the submissions shall be liable for any disclosure of information submitted. 4). Douglas Harper shall exclusively own all or later existing rights to the submissions and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use of the submissions for any purpose in all media now known or hereafter discovered without compensation to the provider for such submissions. 5). By providing the submission, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. 6). No submission may contain any material that violates the law, invades a person’s privacy, libelous, any intellectual property or other property or other rights or is known to be false.
